Compassionate Options for Progressive Eldercare, a non-profit
corporation, is a Geriatric Care Management organization developed to provide
elders and their families guidance and support as they encounter the challenges
of aging.
Whether living nearby or out of town, COPE Eldercare
will guide you through the process of assessing the needs of
your elder and family, develop a plan of care, and coordinate the necessary
services.
With warmth and compassion, COPE Eldercare
will be at your side in a crisis or as you celebrate peace of mind in knowing
your elder is living safely.
Care management services are provided locally or long distance in the home,
residential setting, or nursing facility.

Cope Eldercare provides seniors, adults of all ages, and their families
compassionate care to promote independence, safety and quality of life.
Vision Statement: To champion the challenges of aging experienced by North Carolina seniors and their families through Geriatric Care Management.
Areas Served:
Raleigh, southwestern Wake County including Cary, Apex, Fuquay Varina, Garner
and eastern Chatham County.
