Compassionate Options for Progressive Eldercare, a non-profit
corporation, is a Geriatric Care Management organization developed to provide
elders and their families guidance and support as they encounter the challenges
of aging.
Whether living nearby or out of town, COPE Eldercare will guide you through the process of assessing the needs of
your elder and family, develop a plan of care, and coordinate the necessary
services.
With warmth and compassion, COPE Eldercare will be at your side in a crisis or as you celebrate peace of mind in knowing
your elder is living safely.
Care management services are provided locally or long distance in the home,
residential setting, or nursing facility.
